Коробки цветные с мода Sorcery!?)))
How do you unlock/create forged steel. I dont have an option to slot in the crucible so i can make it in the forge.
how do I delete the level up music ?
to avoid copyright.
anyone else’s server crashing when you hire an npc? Works great right up until I hire one and then it crashes every 1 min after logging in.
For some reason the Forge won’t work, Can’t do anything other than close the Forge or remove it, Going to try yet again to re-install the mod and see if that works, but any help really would be appreciated. Many Thanks
Also the night vision is completely useless. A head light / weapon light mod is way more useful. NV just change the color of the screen to gray and thats it.
Near infinite money tip: Unlock the book that makes Ores drop rare resources (The art of mining 1), optional: Buy titanium pickaxe or a good pickaxe right when you see it on trader. Afterwards mine for a few minutes and get a few thousand. I right now got 100 000 at day 24 in 10-15 minutes from just mining by just having a steel pickaxe.
Maxed stun batons are OP. Infinite stun for everything at all the time for 7s+ .
The mod seems great, however; the constant darkness even at night takes away from the “pitch black” night that is supposed to happen from 9pm to 5am. Its dark and foggy constantly, so it gets old after awhile. Now it has resorted to crashing every three minutes when I’m in the game. This mod looked awesome, but I had to uninstall because to crash in the middle of clearing, fetching, buried supplies, or horde night is a huge pain.
I would recommend removing the “MPLogue_UrbanDecay_7D2D_v2_0_1” folder from under the Mods folder and to re-generate the world for the new paythrough.
It will make the game less “eerie” and “atmospheric”, and more like the vanilla one.
It will also take away some of the “remnant” POIs, but personally, I did no find them too exciting to begin with.
If you crave for more custom POIs, just use a regular PEP pack, it works with Asylum just fine, all the new zeds will be waiting for you in those POIs too.
hallo asylum
hab ne frage wegen der oberfläche also den hud im spiel, kannst du das einzeln machen?, der gefällt mir richtig gut.danke im vorraus
in the loading screen of starting a new game when it reaches 100% it crashes and returns me to my dekstop why is that problem
do the challenges work with this mod still cause i have yet to get honey from stumps only bees
+1
I have to see a single honey pot harvested from the stumps after about a 20 hours of playing the mod in 3 separate playthroughs.
I accidentally abandoned my class quest, is there a way to get it back?
Is it supposed to be pitch black all the time there is no difference between night and day cant see a thing and the settings seem to change nothing at all
Apparently it is. Because it was the same for me. Just constantly dark and foggy, and it just gets even darker at night. So, really no difference.
Will custom poi’s still spawn if i do randomgen instead of pregen?
Is it normal for a rocket launcher guy to spawn on day 4? I was sneaking and he still took out half my base just to blow up NPCs. Is there a way to remove him from the game?
Yep, the mod is full of hostile NPCs with all kind of weapons.
Take them out ASAP if they are onto you, or avoid them if you have no gun or skill yet.
Friendly NPCs are of limited usefulness, I usually use them as a “Pick me up” containers to store the loot.
The Asylum main screen loads but there is no buttons to start the game. The Discord button is the only button. Can anyone offer a suggestion? This is my first time trying to play a mod. Thanks!
for some reason i keep getting network timed almost every time i open a box go into my inventory to fast after moving. Then i go into Steam and check the file integrity and one file always has to be reaquired before i can sign into a server again…any ideas
Do you have a serverconfig.xml file with settings that work well for this mod?
Hard to tell with limited data that you have provided, but personally I have ran into “red crosses” only when playing wrong version of the 7d2d, means not the version that the mod was designed for.
I do not have any issues with playing Asylum mod on my current copy of the “normal” channel’s 7d2d.
There was a post somewhere under “Escape from Tarkov” mod that described the way to fix those “Xs” by editing an entries in the XML file, but I would suggest updating your 7d2d before making a clone that runs your Asylum mod first.
Just wondering if theres a gas bug… or if im missing something. I repaired a broken bmw and put gas in it several times. It took my gas but when I try to drive it it won’t drive and fuel gauge is empty
does this work with the pregen06k01 map with the new POIs?
hi, no you will need to use a random world generated map for the custom POIs
In a dedicated server do we generate a new world or do we need to specify a specific world name? Not seeing any pre-gen worlds in the mod folders.
Mod slots question:
I have a level 6 handgun and it states 10 slots but only shows 6. How do I access the other slots on the gun please?
Thank you!
Mod not bad, actually looks good, but all moded weapons have a broken models when i try aiming, and FOV dont fix this. Maybe u buy license at 10IZY weapon pack and adaptive him to your mode, use change colors weapons and icons to create “hell” type shaders
Hi, at First nice Mod. Has the Mod an Auto storage Funktion? Ore can i add the asylum smart storage for that?
There are some “auto sorting stations” something available for purchase from vendors (look under the “science” section, the icon is blue in color).
When placed in the vicinity of your storage boxes, it will act a a “router” for the items you dump into it, for as long as the boxes nearby have the items of the same kind.
I wish the author would implement the “Quick stack” mod’s functionality instead, but his option is close enough.
I wonder how you guys got gold ore in to the game. And mine the gold to. Is it possible for you guys to tell me?
How do I edit/remove the fog/mist in this mod, only reason due to FPS issues aswell as visibility
While in game, hit ESC–> MODS—> RAINSTORM—-> SETTINGS—–> FOG DENSITY
I had the same question so I figured it out:)
this didnt seem to change it at all for me. the fog makes it almost unplayable for me
Same, I wish there was a way to choose if you want it super dark and foggy all the time or not, I wish we had some normal days, I get the eerie atmosphere, but I can’t see at all, ever so makes it unplayable 😞
hi there is a fog remover file in the asylum mod discord
If you edit …\Asylum\Mods\MPLogue_UrbanDecay_7D2D_v2_0_1\Config\biomes.xml to comment out two lines as below, then NEWLY GENERATED map will have less fog. Make sure to check entire file, those two lines repeat for every biome.
I guess you can also remove other similar stuff, but removing those two made the game playable for me.
I did not try to remove the entire MPLogue_UrbanDecay_7D2D_v2_0_1 mod, but I would imagine that it is responsible for the most of the atmospheric visuals and associated performance dip in the Asylum.
Whats the name of the discord channel and what file to remove the fog ?
that be useful thanks
you need to make the car respawn blocks removable they are breaking my base by cars spawning in walls!
+1
Same here. Author, please make those “respawn” blocks destructible.
The Farmer class quest isn’t working, i get stuck after the 2/50 is completed. I do not get quest 3.
It is day 4 and i haven‘t seen any asylum cat during night time. They are required for the first class quest. Do they spawn in the forest at all or only in the streets of the city or at all?
For me it is day 9, so far I’ve seen 3 total – 1 randomly in the forest, 1 in a POI and one irradiated during horde. I’d like to point out also that I’ve been leaving my base often at night which doesn’t seem to help. I’ve seen more Freddies and Jasons at this point. Guess that’s what happens when you try to fit in 650 enemies’ spawns at once.
I did a few starts by now and chose different classes for each. Alas, none of the class quests is worth the effort, they all are not fun to go through.
There is a lot of grind for a single class-linked magazine. Not worth it IMO.
I even did a dm/F6 spawning of enemies to get enough correct enemies killed, and trust me, their numbers per iteration is plain unrealistic to encounter in normal game. It must be a sort of placeholder, it seems.
I am recommending you to select the class for its starting gear and ignore the class’s quest altogether.
The Asylum overhaul is still fun to play. Hopefully author will figure out how to make class quests fun in a future version.
Where can I find, and edit, the distance I can craft from containers? Thank you 😀
I encountered a bug while crafting grilled meat, I had 20 pieces, the recipe called for 5 pieces per cook but used 10. So I only got 2 pieces for 20 raw meat. Then when I cancelled the cook I only got 10 total pieces back.
Yeah, I came to report this bug as well. Crafting is frequently using double the ingredients stated.
Anyone else having a ton of errors in the log upon launching and starting a new game?
Yes, and it takes long time to startup. More than other overhaul mods i‘ve played so far. However, not seen any major issue while playing.
Hi, Well done on a great mod. I have never used NPC followers before, as such is there a sub-mod page where I could read more about it. I encountered a chef for example and wanted to find out if they affect food crafting etc. Many thanks!
Type of the NPC follower does not affect any of your skills. But you are onto something! Hopefully mod writers will figure it out.
As of now, gun type and HPs of the follower is all that is different between them.
I only use friendly NPCs as “containers” and make sure to “pick” them as soon as I stashed loot with them, because their fighting skills are not so good and they tend to get in you way too often. I would guess that 4 NPCs, each with a shotgun are about as good as me alone with a pistol. But I will still carry about 6 NPCs in my inventory for being able to stash all the loot form a larger POI.
Great mod so far, a bit long to start but no wonder since its 8 gb.
Does anyone know server hosting company that could provide this out of the box?
Or i need to take some VPS and put it up but for this it seems that should be really powerful server which is $$$
will this be going on the 7mod launcher?
Yeah, I guess Sphereii lost it at some point. Launcher was such a great help with the overhauls when it was still v2.
Unfortunately v2 started doing “shallow” copies of some files and needs a manual reinstall of the mods that it breaks.
Maybe current v5 does a better Git copy job, but it sure is not a winner of the usability contest.
Why are the zombies not moving some kind of a bug? i tried reinstalled harmony still bad i have no other mods.
Enemies not moving stuck in 1 place?
0_TFP_harmony folder
Is there something here that needs to be removed? Should I just delete the entire folder? Instructions unclear. Zombies stuck wiggling.
Hi, The mod seems to be working but most of the textures appear as if set to Low (grass, plants, axe, loot able items etc). I checked the settings and they are on Ultra, as such is there any way to fix this. I do not have this issue with Vanilla, and have no other mods installed. Many thanks!
i reccomend byteblazars mod its been tested by a couple other pl wo had the same problem https://7daystodiemods.com/no-texture-streaming
This has resolved it, many thanks!
Hi. A big thanks for this mod ! Allthough I play with my wife we try to play together but she can’t join the game on her own character, it always copy the current character of the game (mine). How can we do so she can have her own character joing the game without copying mine ?
Just downloaded as sounds cool…is there a special map included? do we need to create our own map or will 7DTD default maps work?
just use a rwg generated map so you get all the custom poi’s too
I was able to download the mod but am unable to get it to connect to the 7D2D game. Can I just unzip the file in my mod folder or is there something more specific I need to do? Sorry kinda new to the mod game 🙂
Hi Audra! Just added the creator’s download instructions to the downloads section — hope that helps! They’ve also built a mod installer available on their discord if still having any trouble and the team is also very responsive on their discord for any troubleshooting!
That was so helpful! Thank you. Starting now 😀
Tried to download with the mega link, but it stops half way and says i have to wait 5 hours or pay money to keep downloading. weird
Should be fixed now, thanks for flagging! Have also added the creators external download links as alternatives if any other issues
The Mega link only lets me download half of the mod folder before i have to wait a 6 hour period until i am able to finish the download. Is there another way to download the mod without having to wait or pay the subscription?
Hey thanks for this! We received a few comments like this. This mod has been very popular and seems to have bumped us up against some of our transfer quotas given its size. We’ve just upgraded our tier, so hopefully that should resolve the issues, but if not, we’ve also included the external download links from the mod authors discord page as a back-up so people have additional download sources.
I can’t download it because it stopped at 4 gigabytes.
Aren’t there any alternatives?
Hey just replied to another, but we had to upgrade our tier given the size and popularity of this one. Should be working now, but if any issues we’ve also added links to the creators’ external download links. Thanks for flagging!
Can’t download, google is saying too many people are accessing the file. Pls provide alternate download location. TY
Thanks for letting us know. We replaced it with the mega link. Enjoy!
What mega link?
Mega link is the primary link with the verified tag. We were having some issues earlier with transfer quotas given the size and popularity of the mod, but should be fixed now. Have also included the external alt links if any other issues.
Hey this overhaul is really cool but I found a bug already. The crafting menu is overlapping on itself and not allowing me to craft when the tutorial job to craft the armor comes up. idk how to post the screen shot here but I have one.
amazing mod, myself and my streaming partner have had the absolute pleasure in testing and playing the mod for the last 2 months and it is so atmospheric, awesome zombies, great cooking and farming mechanics, the custom pois are just something else, they have custom sounds, ambient lighting and so much more (i wont spoil it), I can honestly say this is one mod we will be playing for a long time to come, well done asylum mods!!!! if you enjoy horror, giggles and oh shit moments give this a go, you wont be dissapointed
This is a very creepy and beautiful mod, It runs very smooth, And my ping is extremely low on the asylum server.
