(S)ittable (F)urnitures (D)eluxe contains functional seats, beds and toilets. All Deluxe mods/plugins work in SP/MP and are server side/eac friendly.
Sittable Furnitures are placed and picked up like vehicles. The pedals mark the later center point. You sit down by pressing the E button. Sound effects can be triggered by pressing the horn button.

NOTES
- SFD contains a custom settings addon (drag/drop into Mods)
- (mod support is only given for unmodified core versions)
- SFD is a server-side plugin, which is why the options are limited.

As Miguel says – I am new to ModsFire,too. I use it because there was a link from 7daystodiemods.com to modsfire.com (if you scroll down on the right side under “Categories” 👍So I guess, it is okay.
