List of Changes

Muzzle Brake

Now also grants a reduction of spread when you’re firing in ADS mode.

Barrel Extender

Increased bonuses for sniper rifles. Deal 100% bonus damage to targets further than 50 meters away from you.

Suppressor/Silencer

Now grants a 200% bonus damage dealt to unalerted targets.

Laser Sight

Increased hipfire accuracy and added a faster spread recovery.

Flashlight

Greatly increased light value.

2x Scope

Now deals 20% extra damage with a headshot, increases spread recovery.

4x Scope

Now deals 40% extra damage with a headshot, increases spread recovery.

8x Scope

Now deals 60% extra damage with a headshot, increases spread recovery.

Reflex Sight

Reduced spread while firing in ADS mode.

Semi Auto Trigger

Now grants a lot more rate of fire bonus while reducing the spread while firing in ADS mode.

3 Burst Trigger

  • Massively increased rate of fire bonus so that it doesn’t suck if you aren’t too fond of releasing and pressing the trigger again to make it work as it should.
  • Added a small penalty of spread while firing in ADS mode since it’s on par with the full auto one.

Full Auto Trigger

  • Reduced the penalty of spread while firing in ADS mode.
  • Increased rate of fire bonus.

Bipod

Added a recoil control bonus.

Retracting Stock

Added a recoil control bonus, improved hipfire accuracy, added a spread recovery bonus.

Sawed Off Barrel

Added a high damage bonus. Deal 100% bonus damage to close targets up to 5 meters.

Duckbill

Added a minor damage bonus.

Choke

  • Added a damage falloff range increase bonus.
  • Added a max range increase bonus.

Magazine Extender

  • Added a reload speed bonus.
  • Added a minor rate of fire bonus.

Drum Magazine

Added a rate of fire bonus.

Foregrip

Added a rate of fire bonus for pump shotguns.

Tube Extender Magazine

Increased bonus ammo.

Cripple Em

Increased chance to cripple an enemy, now also applies on animals rather than only zombies.

Polymer String

Added a stamina usage reduction bonus.

Arrow Rest

Added a stamina usage reduction bonus, improved ADS and hip accuracy.

The Hunter

  • Added a huge increase in dismember chance against animals and zombie animals.
  • Increased the bonus damage against animals significantly.
  • Applies heavy bleeding when hitting an animal with a firearm or arrow.

Rad Remover

Now grants a significant headshot bonus damage against radiated zombies.

Tempered Blade

Increased the vanilla bonuses.

Serrated Blade

  • Highly increased chance to apply bleed damage.
  • Increased the amount of bleed applied.

Weighted Head

  • Increased the chance apply stun to enemies.
  • Added a small block damage bonus. Added a small chance to knock down enemies with a secondary attack.

Structural Brace

  • Increased the amount of degradation per use reduction.
  • Added a small attack speed bonus.

Ergonomic Grip

  • Added the stamina bonus reduction to bows. Increased the bonus.
  • Added a small attack speed bonus for melee weapons.

Fortifying Grip

Amount of health regenerated overtime was improved significantly.

Barbed Wire

  • Chance of applying bleed significantly increased.
  • Amount of bleed applied significantly increased.

Metal Spikes

Will now apply a minor bleeding to enemies.

Metal Chain

  • Added a small chance to apply minimal bleeding to enemies.
  • Added a higher chance knockdown effect on secondary hits.

Burning Shaft

  • Increased duration of burning debuff applied to enemies.
  • Significantly increased fire damage dealt to enemies.
  • Note: this also increases the duration and damage of the “Torch” melee weapon.

Firemans Axe

  • Significantly increased the amount of damage done to blocks.
  • Removed penalty of EXP gain reduction.

Grave Digger

  • Added a small degradation per use bonus reduction.
  • Increased damage against its specific block type.
  • Removed penalty of EXP gain reduction.

Bunker Buster

  • Added a small degradation per use bonus reduction.
  • Increased damage against its specific block type.
  • Removed penalty of EXP gain reduction.

Iron Breaker

  • Added a small degradation per use bonus reduction.
  • Increased damage against its specific block type.
  • Removed penalty of EXP gain reduction.

Wood Splitter

  • Added a small degradation per use bonus reduction.
  • Significantly increased damage against its specific block type.
  • Removed penalty of EXP gain reduction.

Diamond Tip

  • Significantly improved degradation per use reduction.
  • Added a significant damage bonus to all block types from Wood Splitter, Bunker Buster, Iron Breaker and Grave Digger.
  • Removed penalty of EXP gain reduction.

Fuel Tank Small

  • Slightly increased amount of fuel bonus.
  • Added a reload speed bonus.

Fuel Tank Large

  • Increased amount of fuel bonus.
  • Added a significant reload speed bonus.

Stun Baton Repulsor

Enemies electrocuted have a chance to be set on fire when hit.

Insulated Liner

  • Increased protection from cold temperatures.
  • Added slight explosion resistance.
  • Increased elemental damage resistance.

Cooling Mesh

  • Increased protection from hot temperatures.
  • Added slight explosion resistance.
  • Increased elemental damage resistance.

Improved Fittings

Increased all base values, added a minor walk/run speed bonus.

Customized Fittings

Increased all base values, added a minor walk/run speed bonus.

Plating Basic

  • Added elemental damage resistance.
  • Added explosion resistance.

Plating Reinforced

  • Added elemental damage resistance.
  • Added explosion resistance.

Storage Pocket

Added 2.5% reload speed bonus.

Double Storage Pocket

Added 5% reload speed bonus.

Triple Storage Pocket

Increased noise reduction.

Added a 0.5m jump height bonus.

Now grants 5 inventory slots, significantly increased reload speed bonus since it doesn’t stack when equipping two.

Water Purifier

Will now always restore thirst when underwater or during rain.

Cowboy Hat

Added rate of fire bonus with revolvers.

Press Boy Cap

Added rate of fire bonus with 9mm pistols and SMGs.

Skull Cap

Added damage bonus for sniper rifles.

Ball Cap

Added damage bonus for clubs.

Fuel Saver

Increased amount of fuel consumption reduction.

Off Road Head Lights

Significantly increased light value.

Super Charger

Significantly increased bonus provided to max speed and max turbo speed.

Reserve Fuel Tank

Increased amount of fuel.

Perception Armor Mod

Gain +2 points of Perception and 10% explosion damage resistance.

Strength Armor Mod

Gain +2 points of Strength and 5 inventory slots.

Fortitude Armor Mod

Gain +2 points of Fortitude and 5% damage resistance

Agility Armor Mod

Gain +2 points of Agility and 0.5m jump height bonus

Intellect Armor Mod

Gain +2 points of Intellect and 10% faster crafting time.

Cigar

  • +1 Fortitude
  • +15% bartering

Treasure Hunter Mod

  • All base values doubled.
  • +1 Perception

Night Vision Goggles

  • +20% damage at night
  • +1 Intellect

Stealth Boots

  • +20/10% walk speed with medium/heavy armor
  • +10/5% run speed with medium/heavy armor
  • +1 Agility

Should be safe to install on an existing save.

Changelog

Version 2.3

Reduced degradation slightly on several melee mods so it doesn’t go over 100% when combining multiple of them. Added a bigger falloff damage reduction bonus and a damage increase to “Muzzle Choke” mod on targets that are not close to the player. Significantly improved “The hunter” mod upon request. Added a very small negative buff to “tube extender magazine” mod.

Version 1.6

Adjusted recoil control on all attachments so it doesn’t go above 100% (this would make recoil go into the negatives, forcing the barrel to move downards rather than not move at all). Added an improvement for: Cigar, Treasure Hunter mod, Night vision goggles mod, Stealth boots mod.

I’ve been trying to mod out the burning shaft flame effect because it drops some frames on my machine, but I’ve had no success, any tips? I’m new to it, this is the first mod I’m trying to make. I tried to add a null value to the burning effect in general and for each weapon with no success. Also tried to apply a constant underwater effect on it to kill the flame, but that didn’t work either. If you can save me from going through every single file in the game I will appreciate it very much.

I too tried to do something similar when i first made this mod, i hate how the flames look on zombies and they indeed drop frames a lot. I unfortunately had no success and gave up in the end, so sorry but I can’t help you:(

I don’t translate my mods in other languages aside English, other players translate them and then give me the localization file for upload.
If you want french, you’ll have to either ask someone to translate it or do it yourself.

Thought to mention that I found the red dot mod not show up properly on the tactical assault rifle. The dot is there but the model itself doesn’t show on the gun.

I don’t know why you would post this here, this mod doesn’t touch the reflex sight model in any way, it just adds an improvement to it.

I’m aware it adds an improvement but for some odd reason the model vanished once I placed this on, I’ll re-download and have a bit more of a look.
