This mod introduces a new BeeHive block to your 7 Days to Die experience, allowing players to generate their own honey with an immersive and visually distinct growth cycle. The BeeHive progresses through two main stages:
Not Ready Stage (Waiting for Germination): Represented by a brown, dead hedge model, indicating the hive is in the process of germination and is not yet ready for harvest.
Ready to Harvest Stage: The hive changes to a vibrant green hedge model, signaling that the hive is full of honey and ready to be harvested.
The growth cycle is set to half of an in-game day to one full day, providing a balanced challenge for players who seek to cultivate their resources over time. The unique mechanic simulates bees germinating the plant, causing it to grow and turn green. After harvesting, the hive resets to the growth stage, maintaining an engaging gameplay loop.
Challenging Crafting Recipe
To craft the BeeHive, players must gather the following resources:
- 100 units of Wood
- 12 units of Honey
- 2500 units of Yucca Fibers
- This recipe ensures that crafting a BeeHive is a rewarding achievement, requiring dedication and resource management.

This mod pairs exceptionally well with TheMeanOnes Chicken Coops, another server-side mod, offering a holistic farming experience for players looking to expand their food production capabilities in-game.
Visual Cues
The BeeHive’s icon is tinted with the brightest yellow available in the game, ensuring it’s easily distinguishable in your inventory. The mod uses a yellow box icon to place, unpack, and plant your BeeHive, making the process intuitive and user-friendly.
