This mod will make the tedious skill magazine progression a bit better. Reading a skill magazine will now progress the tree 2 steps instead of 1.

Currently isnt working with SCG Defense Solutions mod. It makes it not able to give points into it. Just the traps. Any way to make it universal to work with such mod?
If I set the level to 10 instead of 2, will it be 10x?
