I was able to suppress the stutter by turning off the COPY function of the GPU.
When the zombies were spawned, there was a big change in the COPY graph in the GPU section of Task Manager.
I switched the graphics performance from automatic selection to high performance. I feel that this has settled the stutter.

testei e sinceramente o meu FPS continuou do mesmo modo, então esse mods não fez diferença alguma, então pra mim não funcionou.
