This mod adds a new Craftable Workstation – The Research Bench – where you can craft you very own skill magazines using Research Data, a new resource obtained by scrapping Skill Magazines, Books, and Schematics.
INSTALLATION
- Download the .zip file and extract contents.
- Choose ONE difficulty: Default, Easy or Hardcore (affects Resource Data Cost and Craft Time).
- Extract folder “Research_SkillMagazineCrafting” into \Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Mods\ (If a Mods folder doesn’t exist – make one.)
- (Optional) If you’re using SMX hud extract folder “ZResearch_1.1_SMX-PATCH” into mods folder (as above)

I think it’s only Client side from I have tested unfortunately for now. Myabe they make it server side soon 🙂
Watching IzPrebuilt’s youtube Desert Ranger is a series which uses this mod.
Recommend increasing the quantity of skill notes and/or paper needed to craft the higher level of magazines. 10 notes and 10 paper is reasonable for Teir 1 magazines, but for T2 and T3 magazines, seems low.

Does this mod work for various versions of A21, or limited to 21.1? Stable or Experimental?
man i had haven some problem with the mod for example the fact that i can’t open the research station
Same! When I try and open it, I can no longer open anything in the game (chests/fireplace). Getting failed initializign window gorup workstation_researchbench & object reference not set

По инсрукции (МОНТАЖ) преведённой выше не выполнять 4 пункт, мне помогло все заработало.
я не использую SMX HUD.

Not gonna lie this is kinda OP lol but at least its an option for everyone . I would personal increase the recipe cost to like 50 paper and 50 research data
is it server or client? can i add it to an existing game?
