Works quite ok but make sure to make a backup of your entitygroups file before using just in case. Outside of that just place it in your games data\config folder and you/re good to go. 🙂
Sorry, I’m very new to modding for 7DTD and the download is just a text file so that confuses me since the other mods on this website have been in folders and zip files.

This is not a mod. This is a replacement for the actual game data file. Use at your own risk//Make backups.
