Description
The Learn By Doing system is a hybrid system that works WITH the book system already in game.
Reading the can of sham you spawn with enables the LBD portion of the modlet.
The system is based on A16.4. I couldnt replicate the exact system but the core parts are there.
- EXP on hit, bonus exp for headshots.
- Many of the categories directly transferred over.
- All weapons (Except Deployable Turrets. WiP (Outlook not so good.)) have LBD exp.
- Workstations is still by book as, the trigger “onSelfItemCrafted” isnt readable and thus, I cannot create an entry for this outside of using this variable that doesnt work. HOWEVER, it IS in the code so if the devs ever hook up the variable to the modding system, it will just randomly work.
- LBD works for Vehicles. (WiP, Expected Feature.)
- LBD works for armor but is a simple ‘over time’ buff when in combat.
- LBD might work for looting. (WiP, hopeful feature.)
- LBD Kinda works for explosive, same issue as Workstations; variable isnt hooked up yet.
Spawning
All zombies are allowed to spawn in all biomes except demolisher. It can STILL spawn though, just by vanilla rules.
All zombies have a forced % chance to be feral, even at level 1, day 1.
Custom Biome Spawning Tables based on Vanilla files. More zombies, faster to max spawn cap.
+42% increased game/loot stage. (This forces you into harder zombies, faster, sooner and in greater numbers.)
All zombies can apply a stacking zombie buff to eachother resulting in a max of +24% all stats; +6 armor. Even movement speeds. Requires AT LEAST 1 other zombie to be nearby.
These modlets are departmentalized. You can use one without the other.
These modlets were made for a duo who have 3,000 and 2,000 or more hours in vanilla.
It is NOT recomended for new players or casual folk to use the spawning modlet.
It is intentionally designed in a way where there is ALWAYS a chance to perish; even with a cumulative 5,000 hours between two people.
Sometimes, youll just not be able to stay alive. GG.
