Description
Welcome back folks! Today I finished my first POI that is not an arena (thank you so very much Stallionsden for spending a couple of hours with me figuring things out).
This modlet adds a new department store into the game, Cogmart. This POI is tier 2, and will spawn in the Desert, Snow, and Wastelands biomes, in rural areas. The POI is 100 X 100, and is set up for clear, fetch and restore power quests (and their variations).
