[2.3] Biome consumables in workstations

Description

In the 2.3 update The Fun Pimps changed the smoothies with themed items.

The items are still crafted from the inventory, but they feel like they should requiere a workstation to be made.

So i added a new recipe for each consumable. The burnt forest and wasteland ones are crafted in the chemistry station, and the desert and snow ones are made in the campfire with a cooking pot.

The original recipes are still in the game, because asking players to unlock the chemistry station before going to the burnt forest is too much, but the recipes in the workstations are cheaper and take less time to make.
