What this mod does:
Adds Server-side Mod for Loot Filtering that removes filtered item from a player’s inventory out of the game. Works with EAC Enabled. Tested in V2.5. Only needs to install on Server side. Do not install this on client side as that can break or freeze game for client user.
How does each person set loot filter?
Name a storage container ‘filter’, Open and add items you want to filter into this box and close box to take a snapshot of your filter list. Now any item that enters your inventory that is part of the filter list will be removed from your inventory and out of the game.
To clear loot filter, remove all items in ‘filter’ storage box then close it to clear filter, can also just craft new storage name its ‘filter’ open it it’s empty, then close it to clear filter.
Great to use late game when you no longer want to loot certain items like books, nails, feather, and so on especially as you progress towards late game.
Limitations
Only vanilla items list from game’s item.xml and item_modifiers.xml can be filtered out at this time.

I was able to host own server on PC, and Test with 1 player only. Should work with multiple people.
