Decorate your vault in style with this custom made collection of 10 wall art items inspired by the most famous drink in the apocalypse, Nuka Cola!. They are craftable in the workbench, and pickupable. All of them are made in a retro 50-60s style, and matching colors.
Fallout, Nuka Cola and all the other names in the Fallout universe are owned by Bethesda. This mod is just a humble homage to Fallout 4, LittleRedSonja’s favorite game of all time, and it is made in the spirit to bring some of that retro charm to 7 days to die .
Since this mod adds custom assets it requires installation both in the server and in players computer if you want to use it in multiplayer. For single player install the mod as usual.
That is the main reason why this is not included in the main decoration mod, Fancy Home Deco: the goal is to keep the core of Fancy Home Deco server only friendly, so decorative assets that cannot be used that way are released as separate add-ons or small mods.
Even when it is not included in Fancy Home Deco, both are 100% compatible and work perfectly fine together, and with all LittleRedSonja’s other mods.
If you like to decorate you might want to take a look at that one too, you might find something you like .
Hope you like this mod, and let it be known if you find issues or have suggestions! It will definitely be expanded in the future, and feedback and ideas are truly appreciated .
Frequently Asked Questions
1- Is your mod compatible with X, Y or Z mod?: Yes, as far as known, this mod should be compatible with every other single mod for 7DTD, including total overhauls, since it does not edit or depend on any vanilla code. Anyway, if you happen to find a mod that is incompatible with this one, let it be known and a compatibility patch can be made.
2- Can the mod be used server side only?: No. Since it includes custom assets, the mod needs to be installed in both the server and players computer for multiplayer game. if you play solo instead of multiplayer then you install the mod as usual.
3- Will you add X, Y or Z to the mod?: Always open to suggestions or requests. However, the intention of this mod is to only add a selection of decorative objects considered nice, cozy, or fun. So if your suggestion fits into one of those “categories,” it will be happily implemented in the mod . NSFW items will never be added to the mod, so please do not ask

Changelog
UPDATE 1.1.0
Since the release of the Vault-Tec mod, a companion for this mod, this one has also been updated.
It makes sense, also because this was the very first mod made with Unity, after learning how to make stuff for the game using Unity and Blender. Since then, a few things have been learned, and this update was a good opportunity to improve several aspects. Hope you like the result!
- Added 2 more posters in “classic” style, and 1 more, number 13, is a special one made using a personal picture as a first reference and edited with AI to a more “cartoonish” and “apocalyptic” style. It was a fun idea to see how AI would transform that into a cartoon fallout apocalypse, and the result turned out well, hope you like it too
.
- Edited and tweaked the other 10 images to eliminate oddities and overall improve them, except the oddities found funny, those stay the same
.
- Improved texture quality.
- Moved the crafting to the workbench, which makes more sense and makes it on par with Vault-Tec.
- Improved game performance when tons of posters are placed in a small area.
- Improved the Localized texts.
- Several improvements in the xml. Cleaned it, removed unneeded lines, removed dependencies with vanilla xml for better compatibility.
- Now only the variant helper block will be visible in the crafting menu, clearing the recipe list a little.
- Optimized file size.
Originally intended as a small update, but it ended up including many improvements . Hope you like it, and also enjoy its companion mod, Vault-Tec
