Modern style house, very spacious. Brick walls make it strong but not op, yet they can be upgraded to concrete. Easy to clear as a tier 2, much harder as an Infected POI.

Zone: Wilderness, Industrial, Clear, fetch and infested missions can be done here. Has road connections.
Copy the contents to your POIs folder.
e.g. C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Prefabs\POIs
Generate a new map or manually place it in edit mode.
