Well, obviously you knew what they meant, so it worked, correct?
Why do they keep saying it increases the number of PERKS? What does that mean exactly? you get more perks in the perk listings? Sounds absurd! You mean it increases the number of SKILL POINTS you get?? I don’t get why people are mixing these up!
