Target HP Bar Visible

This mod now changes vanilla bar in to 2 separate:

First bar on top will show Name and having light blue as background color. This bar will not be affected with damage taken.

Second bar on bottom will show Health and as vanilla bar will decay or increase if health is changing by damage or heal.
