Anyone knows if its working? i can find the craftables, but not the POI’s

Anything that adds new models or assets needs to be installed by players as well. This one appears to add new models.
How do we know if it worked? I have ran to multiple cities and nothing?? I put it in the mods folder? Does it have to be a specific map?
why when world is generated i am receiving errors? is this broken? or not mod friendly with other mods??? even my craft recipes are all blank. cannot craft anything.
