Would it be possible to replace some of the trader Joel’s or have you replaces Joel’s assets completely?
Personally, I still have the same problem with quests; they’re only level 1. And that applies to all merchants, both yours and vanilla. Level 2 simply doesn’t appear; there are simply no quests. It doesn’t matter how many merchants I replace with your mods.
Does the problem still exist?
