BFT2020 Tier 0 Equipment Mod 2.4.0.1

Description

Changes how the Tier 0 gear works in the world.

• Cannot repair T0 gear
• Cannot attach mods to T0 gear
• Tier 0 weapon damage changed (increased) to compensate for not being able to repair or mod
• Pipe pistol now uses 44 cal ammo
• Pipe machine gun now uses 9 mm ammo
• 44 cal ammo is able to be purchased and found in loot at the beginning
• T0 weapons only use basic ammo (ball/stone)
