7 days to die helmetcam, 7 days to die helmet mods, 7 days to die camera mods

Adds a camera item modifier for helmets. Its pointed backwards now because Xyth’s daughter hates vultures sneaking up on her, but you can rotate and aim the camera in xml as you would like.

This would be really cool if you could turn it off like the flashlight so you could have it on all the time
