Black Wolf’s Better Tools and Melee

What? You just got a steel shovel but the iron one is better? Does the machete feel too slow compared to the hunting knife? Does it take ages for you to wrench a broken vending machine? Zombies are allowed to run like Usain Bolt but you can only swing your sledgehammer like a sloth? Don’t worry, i got you homie.

This mod improves various VANILLA tools and melee weapons that in my opinion are lacking a bit behind.

List of Changes

• Hammer (upgrading tool) attacks per minute: 70 -> 90
• Hammer (upgrading tool) delay between each repair hit from 0.8s to 0.55s
• Wrench attacks per minute 50 -> 60
• Ratchet attacks per minute: 50 -> 65
• Impact Driver attacks per minute: 50 -> 65
• Steel Shovel attacks per minute: 50 -> 75
• Iron Shovel attacks per minute: 50 -> 60
• Stone Shovel attacks per minute: 50 -> 55
• Steel Axe attacks per minute: 47 -> 55
• Iron Fireaxe attacks per minute: 50 -> 60
• Machete attacks per minute: 55 -> 75
• Iron Sledgehammer attacks per minute: 34 -> 45
• Steel Sledgehammer attacks per minute: 34 -> 45
• Iron Spear attacks per minute: 55 -> 60
• Steel Spear attacks per minute: 55 -> 65
• Baseball Bat attacks per minute: 52-> 55
• Steel Club attacks per minute: 52-> 60
• Torch attacks per minute: 50 -> 60

Note: these values are applied to the items with no skills upgraded, upgrading skills that grant you attack speed for that specific weapon/tool will make it even faster!

Completely safe to install on an existing save.
Should be EAC friendly.
