Clinoptilolite is a mineral used to reduce radioactivity (gross oversimplification, but you’re not here for a dissertation). I always found it weird that you got a mod for a gun to remove radioactivity instead of using an ammo type. This mod addresses that by removing the ability to equip the Rad Remover mod to ranged weapons and adds in an ammo type that performs the same function. This also adds the Clinoptilolite resource that can be made in the chem station. I also decided to give this ammo type entity penetration similar to that weapon’s AP ammo, but not the armor reduction. If I didn’t this ammo type would be kind of lackluster, especially compared to the Incendiary Ammo mod I made. This also means that the shotgun ammo behaves like a slug for the purposes of weapon handling. These ammo types are unlocked by reading the weapon’s associated AP ammo book and everything can be bulk crafted (Clinoptilolite bulk crafting unlocked via Medicine).
