Due to recent events in the modders community Mumpfy would like to make something clear, he is really happy that at least some people liked his work and that some of you are even using it. Feel free to use it as much as you want for personal use, but if you want to include his work in another mod/overhaul first contact him for permission.
Changelog
Well the particle thing kept having issues. So in order to fix that he merged both sets togheter into one. Remove old mods and use this new one and should be fixed.

An error occurs when using HD Packs 1 and 2 together.
The same file in guppyParticleRadiationExposure.unity3d is detected.
The same file exists in pack1 and 2, resulting in a red error.
I figured out a little work around. I removed one of the duplicate files temporarily, booted the server. After it booted up, I restored the removed file to it’s original location. So far it seems to be working fine.
