This modlet doubles the speed of all the road vehicles (the gyrocopter is untouched as I felt it was fast enough). Have upped the brakes a bit too to help slow down from the faster speeds.
Note: This modlet runs the vehicles faster than the devs intended (and maybe the engine can handle) and as a result, travelling through towns/cities at high speed can lead to some pretty ugly pop-in.
