The effect of the pills is “Manual Agility“, which lasts for two minutes, (you can extend the duration of the effect by taking more).
QuickCraftPills are not findable, but you can produce them relatively easily without unlocking them.
There are two different variants of manufacturing in: Campfire+Beaker, Chemistry Station.
