This mod adds custom POIs originally created for Baba’s “Otisburg” server. This included several new POIs, some reworked older, abandoned TFP POIs, some thematically reworked POIs from zzTong’s POI Mod, as well as some unaltered ones as filler for the server’s main cities. This was released under Public Domain for this reason.
However
The new “offical” release includes reworked versions of a few of the POIs i created, as well as some new ones Wyr3d added since. In total there are 10 new POIs in this version of the mod, and the older file will be archived. Please refer to zzTong’s POI mod for the original versions of the edited POIs, and the other unedited POI’s he used in the server version. Please note that the remaining POIs he created were either too specfic for that server, or were parts such as signs specifically for the server.
Consequently, the Liscence has been changed as these POIs are now all his original work.
Offical Version
Add this mod to your mods folder, and unzip it. The mod is designed to let the find and include these POIs without the need to copy/paste them into the game data’s PrefFab folder. This is a much safer way to and, and remove POIs to you game. When not in use, one can simply zip the mod back up, and the game will no folder add these POIs when generating a new world. Please be aware that one should not play a workd in which this mod is added without the mod installed!
Please note that all 10 POIs are unlikely to spawn in any single world, and that it is possible for multiple of the same POI to spawn in the world, the same as vanilla POIs. AFAIK each POI should be available to spawn, but in testing he has only been able to spawn 8 of the 10 POIs available in the mod. He is not sure if this is some error he has simple been unable to locate in his POI files, or whether down to just bad luck with workd generation.

So yeah, there was one more sign in this POI, way down in the depths of the catacombs. For some reason this sign did not set off the error during initial testing after removing the other three signs. Not sure if this had to do with it’s location being so far down maybe, and not loading? Iunno. Anyway, it’s gone now.

So apparently something changed in the coding when they went from the experimental to the release version of 1.0, and suddenly any pre-existing signs in POIs got screwed up somehow. Monkey House had two signs out front, and in the POI editor these were written on, denoting the owner name and title of the house. In game, these signs were blank, and threw up red errors on loading the game. The Bunker barn had three signs on the main building, which were not written on, but the same issue occurred with this POI.
Removal of the signs has fixed this issue, and the errors no longer appear on loading. As to why this suddenly started causing issues when there was none in A21, or the V 1.0 (A22) experimental build? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Please note the fix should still work even if you do not rebuild your world from scratch. The signs should be removed for any POIs you have not yet visited, but any existing ones will probably still have them which may, or may not cause the load issue. Essentially it is not required, but may be worth starting your save file over to avoid any issue.

Wish you guys had posted on Curseforge, so I would have known you were having trouble sooner. But yeah, I assure you that all the POIs are fine, and can be completed. The Bunker Barn is kinda tricky, coz it was the first POI I made, and in a little over the top.
First off – be sure to check the perimeter of farm before heading inwards. There’s zeds hiding in that moat, and the greenbelt. Once inside, be sure to clear both garage, the barn and any outbuildings. Check the pylon towers for vultures. Clear out the underground bunker with it’s farms, storage rooms, crafting and living quarters, also check the maintenance tunnels, and the deep cavern system that can only be accessed from a Baba’s old room.
One needs to be thorough on this POI. It’s a T4 for a reason, it’s not meant to be easy to clear. Most of the time it should be fine to complete if you double back and check again in the areas you’ve already cleared, and don’t forget it’s also possible that a mob went topside once you went into the underground
Finally, there is a vanilla issues where the snek’s sometimes glitch through walls, but you can usually hear them hitting a block to try ands get to you. Help them out and take them down.
Wyr3d_Bunker_Barn, same at me. no chance to complete it
The POI Wyr3d_Bunker_Barn cannot be completed, i’ve accepted a clear mission and after killing everything, no enemies were left. I decided to roam around using noclip, and only after killing a couple of passive animals, the game showed me the yellow marker where the “last enemey” was supposed to be. After going there, the marker is into the wall. I pull out my dynamite and get to work, still nothing spawns, there’s no switch or button to press or activate.
