I have the same problem on my server. The blocks show but I never see the titanium tools at the trader or in loot. Cannot craft the Auger as well.
I see titanium auger needs electrocutioner, which i have maxed but i cant craft it.
titanium pick and shovel is broken and no titanium building blocks is being shown
