Actual Book Piles

7 days to die actual book piles, 7 days to die loot, 7 days to die books

TLDR: Adds Reasonable loot to Mailboxes, Book Piles, and Bookcases.

Adds a new Loot Group to the game that has a chance of spawning up to 3 of 12 books, then includes that loot group in the mailbox loot container, two of them in the bookpile loot container, and three of them in the bookcase loot container, meaning the bookcase has three times the probability of spawning books.

The actual chances of spawning book when opening container (can spawn between 1 and 3 of any given book):

  • Skill Magazine – Guaranteed
  • Skill Magazine – High chance
  • Skill Magazine – Medium Chance
  • Skill Magazine – Medium Chance
  • Skill Magazine – Medium Chance
  • Skill Magazine – Medium Chance
  • Perk Book – High Chance
  • Perk Book – Low Chance
  • Perk Book – Low Chance
  • Scaled Books – Guaranteed
  • Scaled Books – High Chance
  • Scaled Books – Low Chance

I haven’t done a massive amount of testing but it feels okay to me, let me know whatever you think it needs to be more balanced.
