Adds recipes to some deco pieces in the game.
Rough list are:
- Guardrails.
- Handful of plants (hedges, cacti, juniper).
- Road signs (stop, roadworks, rough surface).
- Most of the bathroom stuff (claw plain and gore bath + few others).
- Plastic barriers + made them a bit bright coloured than the normal in game ones.
May add more to it later on.
