Working Ice Machines

Did you also wonder why only some vending machines still working? I changed even Ice machines to be still working with loot inside.

What this mod does:

• Adds new item “Ice Pack” (Sack)
• Changes “Ice Cold” machines to be lootable, and include up to 10 Sacks of Ice inside
• Added SnowBall -NEW

All ideas for improving this mod are welcome.
