This mod hides the Day and Time info from you in the UI…on the map and compass. This info can still be seen at traders and on the tips/help area.
NOTE: There is some commented out lines in the windows.xml file and instructions on what to change if you want to just have the juse the time OR day displayed.
Why?
- More “immersion” due to a cleaner UI
- More “immersion” as you will not have this info readily available to perfectly time events in advance.
- To more easily allow other mods to provide time info for you (adding watches/clocks/etc.)
Changelog
- (new) Updated for A21.
- Added internal commented out XML so you can manually put back just the day OR the time if you want. Seems a bit overkill to make more mods just for this.
- Conversion to a20.

Can you do one that gets rid of the annoying constant pop ups of “you are wet” and the percentage? For some reason in EVERY SINGLE ONE of my games, despite the fact I am not in the snow biome or whatever, I rarely seem to play a single day without getting AT LEAST an hours worth of the constant ‘you are wet’ popping up on my screen, disappearing, returning, disappearing, etc. It’s put me off the game when it’s constant and made it so I don’t want to play anymore. The worse thing is it’s even happening IN MY BASE, AWAY FROM WINDOWS, DOORS AND HATCHES!!! Jeze, frustrating. I would be eternally grateful to you if you could.
