I am using this mod but you have to remove the line from the recipes.xml file
that removes the bottled water recipe from the campfire.
This mod causes the Boiled Water recipe to disappear.
Uninstalling brought it back. Luckily I googled it before I started removing mods at random and saw that someone had experienced the same thing and pointed to this mod
