I also pimped my Map “New York Undead 21B” with some exclusive POIs. All Downtown-Areas all over the Map have now a complex Sewer-System and i “revived” some empty Buildings by putting Zombies in it (f.e. into the Yacht, the Theatre & some Skyscrapers). Further i removed many Road-Construction-Site-Holes in die City so driving is much more stress-free now.
The Sewer-Plus-Patch is not a “Must-Have”, but makes the Map more interesting imo.
Installation
First make sure you’ve installed the Map “New York Undead 21B” (Important: This Patch is not compatible with the Map “New York Undead 21“)!
- Then download & unzip the Patch-File “New York Undead 21B Plus – Patch & POIs.zip”.
- Patch the Map “New York Undead 21B” with the file “prefabs.xml” (overwrite the old “prefabs.xml”-File in the Map-Folder).
- Put the POI-Folder “Sewer-Plus-POIs-NYU21B” into your Folder:
- OS(C:)/User/”YourUserName”/AppData/Roaming/7DaystoDie/LocalPrefabs/
- If the Folder “AppData” is not showing up just unhide your “YourUserName”-Folder!
- Choose the Map in the Game Menu and Start the Game.
Important
Server & Hosts need to install the Patch AND the POIs, Clients only need to install the POIs!

What if I’m trying to run this patch on a dedicated server?
Do it but all Clients need to install the Patch too because they need the new POIs on their Drive.
What if there simply is no AppData file option for my game regardless if I unhide my username or not? I even searched the main search bar for my entire PC for the folder but there is no “AppData” folder option. What do I need to do?
Update: I figured it out as soon as I posted this but the next problem is after I get to AppData/Roaming/7daystodie/, there is no LocalPrefabs file. Do I just create one and call it good?
Yes! Just create the missing Folders.
