Building process will look like this: Wood => Reinforced Wood => Reinforced Metal Wood => Cobblestone => Concrete => Concrete Reinforced => Steel

The health of the blocks will also be changed.

In 21.1 doesnt work. Everywhere unnecessary buildings.

Any thoughts on how to fix the massive wall of errors on start:
example: ERR Block concreteShapes is found multiple times, overriding with latest definition!
